This 3 ingredient, 5 minute cranberry relish is truly the unsung hero on our Thanksgiving table each year. 😍
It’s way better than canned cranberry sauce (which I do believe there is a place for in the name of nostalgia), and way easier than making traditional cranberry sauce on the stove. Not to mention, it saves you some extra stove space!!!
All you need is:
⭐️ one bag of fresh cranberries
⭐️ the zest of 2 oranges and the juice of 1 (about 1/3 cup of juice)
⭐️ 3/4 cup of sugar
🌶️ Optional: had in some fresh de-seeded jalapeño or some fresh ginger for a little kick
Store it in the fridge for up to a week!!! So YES, that means you can make this ahead of time and check one thing off of your Thanksgiving to-do list!!!
