As summer begins, barbecue season is back on the come up. Now I’m sure we’ve all had great burgers, but have you ever had a shrimp burger? It’s lighter, juicy, and packs SO much flavor. My take on this seafood burger takes on an Asian flair by incorporating ginger, garlic, and scallions in the shrimp patty. I top it with mango guacamole and sriracha Mayo sauce for a bright contrast.
Try these at your next bbq, and I promise they won’t disappoint!!
