Now I’m sure we’ve all had great burgers, but have you ever had a shrimp burger? It’s lighter, juicy, and packs SO much flavor. My take on this seafood burger takes on an Asian flair by incorporating ginger, garlic, and scallions in the shrimp patty. I top it with mango avocado salad and sriracha mayo sauce for a spicy, sweet, and bright contrast.
To make the patties, half the shrimp gets chopped into small pieces for texture, and the other half is made into a smooth paste. It’s the perfect base to build the burgers!

Try these at your next bbq, and I promise they won’t disappoint!!
